Key terms of the framework, with definitions drawn from the manuscript. The same scrutiny applied to patterns of indoctrination must also apply to this framework itself.
- C5FA
- Co-create Fair, Free, Flourishing Futures For All — the framework's shared ethical aspiration and north-star orientation.
- H.E.N.
- Human-guided, AI-enabled Emancipatory Neo-learning. Uses CPQs to expand human understanding and agency without surrendering conscience, judgment, or responsibility to AI systems.
- CPQ — Compound Philosophical Question
- A question that brings interdependent philosophical concerns into a shared inquiry about purpose, knowledge, values, power, and action. Prevents emotionally reactive fast-thinking reflexes.
- Equity Muses
- Guides and co-learners who help people ask generative questions, work across differences, and connect inquiry with fair action. Their conclusions are not doctrines participants must accept.
- Collaborative Co-intelligence
- The disciplined interaction of people, AI systems, evidence, diverse perspectives, and shared learning practices. Its value depends on how these elements work together, not merely on the number or speed of the tools involved.
- 2.0 Human-AI-Agent Teamwork
- The proposed move from asking AI for answers to collaborating with bounded agents that perform authorized tasks. Humans retain responsibility for purposes, permissions, moral judgment, consequential decisions, and remedies.
- Equity Meta-Governance
- Shared inquiry and authority over how the rules themselves are made, evaluated, challenged, and revised, guided by fair rules, fair games, fair play, fair opportunities, and fair rewards.
- Ecosystemic Singularity
- This framework's proposed coordination of distributed learning and stewardship across interconnected social and ecological systems. Not a prediction of a technological event.
- Meta-Learning Stewardship
- Shared responsibility for improving how a community learns, evaluates evidence, questions assumptions, acts, and corrects its course. Stewards have bounded responsibilities, not unchecked authority.
- Metanoia
- A transformation of mind, heart, and moral orientation that opens a person or community to reconsideration, learning, and repair.
- Grounded Pronoia
- Hope and trust sustained through humility, truth-seeking, accountability, and collaborative action — rather than certainty that goodness is guaranteed.
- Delusional Pronoia
- Ungrounded confidence that technology or external forces will deliver good outcomes without the inner work, structural change, and sustained action needed to address harm. Used philosophically here, not diagnostically.
- Goliath's Curse
- A self-reinforcing pattern in which concentrated wealth, power, and technological capability suppress correction and sustain domination through dependence and surrendered authority.
- Wicked Trifecta
- The interacting meta-crisis of systemic power abuse, poly-crisis of self-inflicted wicked problems, and poly-collapse of social and ecological systems or their increasing risk of breakdown.
- BIPID
- Biases, Isms, Prejudices, Inequities, and Discrimination — the interlocking systems of structural harm that demand moral and political judgment, not only technical solutions.
- KSSS
- "Keep Sophistication this Side of Simplicity" — a reminder to make meaning accessible without stripping away essential complexity or treating initial difficulty as grounds for rejection.
